Send a fun selection of specially chosen brownies and beers designed to complement our brownies. This selection box features the following pairings:

Mocha brownies – dark chocolate and espresso coffee swirled together creating brownie perfection.
Paired with –Hand Brew Co’s Otto Stout 4% – a dry stout packed with raisin and molasses notes with bitter cocao and coffee on the finish. It has a nice thick mouthfeel, yet feels fresh and clean at the same time

Blueberry Cheesecake – A double decker brownie with blueberry cheesecake layer – rich and creamy.
Paired with Polly’s Brew Floret 4.5% – their core pale ale that showcases the Citra, Simcoe and Azacca hops. A very easy drinking beer that balances peach, mango and pineapple notes from the hops with pithy orange finish.

Salted Caramel – Our salted caramel brownies are a triple layer of indulgence with chocolate brownie, salted caramel centre and chocolate ganache icing. Finished with crushed pretzels these brownies are salty and sweet in perfect proportions.
Paired with Lost Pier’s Deckchair Cruiser Helles 4.8% – a bier that is homage to the traditional German Helles style lagers that remain the gold standard for lager brewing in the World.
