Mince Pie Blondie. Let’s be honest about the mince pies. Everyone eats one, nobody quite loves it. Too much dry pastry, not enough filling.

So Bear fixed it.

We start with a rich vanilla blondie: buttery, golden, and soft right through the middle. Then we fold in the mince pie filling, plenty of it. Plump fruit, warm cinnamon, a hint of nutmeg and a whisper of clove, all sunk into a chewy, gooey bake that tastes like Christmas morning.

You still get all the mince pie flavour, just in a far better bake.

Pass them round after Christmas dinner, leave one out for Santa, or keep the box of mince pie blondie to yourself. Bear won’t say anything.
