Our Sour Cherry Brownie starts with our chewy chocolate fudge brownie — proper depth, proper chew — then fold in chunks of chocolate and swirl a sour cherry compote edge to edge. Sink your teeth in and there’s plenty happening: the chew of the fudge, the snap of chocolate chunk, the juicy give of a morello cherry, a flash of tang against all that chocolate.

It’s a brownie built on contrast. The richness of the fudge, the bite of the chunks, the sharp-sweet hit of morello cutting through. Texture and tang, doing the work together.
