Polly’s Brew Co Rosebud 5.9%

Welsh brewery Polly’s have quickly established themselves as one of the UK’s top craft breweries thanks to their drive to never stop improving.

This is a New England IPA (aka NEIPA) which has become the favoured style for most craft beer drinkers. This is a tropical punchbowl of a beer with a very low bitterness. Hopped with Citra, Galaxy, Mosaic and Simcoe this is the perfect example of a modern IPA.

Pair with – Red velvet or Jammie Dodger where the fruit notes in the brownies will bring out the fruiter notes in the hops.
