Joosy is the flagship Pale Ale of Brighton based UnBarred Brewery. It features a big US hop bill of Amarillo and Simcoe giving the beer those classic Grapefruit and Citrus fruit notes. Whilst very juicy up front this hazy pale ale has a pleasant bitterness on the finish with a touch of orange zest to it.

Pair with – This pale would be the ideal pairing for blondies where the citrus notes will work nicely with the brighter flavours and white chocolate that you find in these.
