The headline act: our brand-new Sour Cherry Chocolate Brownie — a chewy chocolate fudge brownie shot through with chunks of chocolate and a swirl of sour cherry compote. Every bite finds a juicy morello, a pocket of melt, a hit of tang against the fudge. It’s a brownie built on texture and contrast. Joined by a Salted Caramel – fudgy brownie base, salted caramel layer, chocolate ganache, crunchy salted pretzels on top – and a proper S’mores, biscuit base, fudgy middle, torched marshmallow. And because a brownie this good deserves the right drink in the other hand, we worked with Polly’s Brew to choose Cherry Sour to go with it. Morello cherries, gentle sourness, a whisper of sea salt – a five-years-in-the-making beer from one of the UK’s best breweries. Two cans in the box. Cherry meets cherry. Salt meets salt.
